Good questions, plain answers
Do I need a referral to book?
No. You can book a first consultation directly. If you have letters or results from another doctor, bring them along.
What happens at the first consultation?
Forty-five minutes with a doctor: your history, an examination, skin imaging and a written plan with costs. Nothing is booked until you've read it.
How much does a consultation cost?
A first consultation is €120. It's deducted from any treatment you book within 30 days.
Is there downtime after treatments?
It depends on the treatment. Most facials and peels have none or a day of redness; some lasers need up to a week. Your plan tells you before you decide.
Can I pause or cancel the Skin Programme?
Yes, at any time and without a fee. Your member prices stay in place for the month you've paid for.
